This large scale multimillion luxury resort in a tranquil country estate in rural France includes a Spa facility, children’s activities, horse-riding, sports complex, 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, restaurant and 16 accommodation buildings containing 220 holiday apartments for up to 1000 guests, in addition to the refurbishment of the historic nineteenth century Chateau, which after full renovation in 2011 is functioning as a boutique hotel.

 

Mador Architects have full architectural responsibilities from design of the masterplan, through planning, technical design and construction on site. This includes liaising with the French Authorities, building control officers and engineers all within the context of highly sensitive environmental conditions.
