We are delighted to be commissioned to reconsider the entire site of this lovely 17th century Dorset farmhouse for private clients. The first construction phase of the project at Homecroft began in May 2014 with the renovation of the existing stone farmhouse. This work consists of the sensitive restoration of the limestone facade which is currently covered over in cement render in addition to works to restore the roof to a vernacular natural slate throughout.
The second phase, a terraced extension to the farmhouse and barn to garage conversion has been designed and submitted for planning in April 2014 with a start on site due in Autumn 2014.
The third phase to the development is planned for Spring 2015 consisting of the redevelopment an existing dairy building on site for use as a new market garden business premises.
