The project is an example of a smaller club building working within a tight budget. Using the site to settle the building into the land approximately a half level enabled us to overcome planning issues and develop an extremely efficient plan arrangement. We worked closely with the owner on developing the project, which was constructed on a direct labour basis in order to reduce costs to a minimum. Using generally good quality materials this clubhouse includes a substantial function suite that has worked well for the club in developing the business quickly and providing a source of revenue independent of the golf operation.
