The practice has acted as architect and developer for the restoration and conversion of a series of Grade II listed stone barns into five bespoke two and three bedroom houses.

Brand new conversions finished to a luxury standard, they were offered with full residential use but the properties are aimed at the holiday home market.

Located within the Snowdonia National Park on the Mawddach estuary it is an area with superb walking, great beaches, mountain biking and unique cycle ways for families, renowned bird watching (on the Mawddach) and some of the best sports fishing in the UK. The Aberdovey and Royal St. David’s links golf courses are within 20 minutes drive.
