Working for Thierry Tomasin, we were responsible for the £500,000 conversion of a Grade II listed derelict public house into a high quality French restaurant.
This was a complex conversion involving substantial structural work, installation of all new services including new kitchens and conditioning together with a high quality decorative fit out.
The project took five months from the initial site visit to opening the restaurant.
The practice managed the entire process including obtaining planning and listed building consents, building regulations and environmental health approval production of design and construction information and administrating the construction contract on site.
The practice worked with and coordinated the efforts of a number of specialist designers and engineers throughout the project.
