The project at Amwell Street consists of the redesign of the services areas to accommodate the demands of a modern family living in a grade II listed Georgian terrace house.The existing two storey extension is rebuilt to provide a new cloakroom on the ground floor and a full size bathroom at first floor. The ground floor utility space is moved down to the a new small scale basement created around the existing rear light well also providing a full size bathroom for the lower ground bedrooms. At the second floor a new pod bathroom is inserted and the current bathroom converted back to a bedroom to provide sleeping accommodation for a young family on a single level.
